Please do not send any more guests to this property. Leaving people to walk around at midnight trying to find another ho Liked: Okay, here is a clear, strong version you can use. “I arrived late at night after a long drive from the airport, and found the hotel completely closed before 11 PM. There was no staff, no notice, nothing. I had already paid $55 for an Uber to get there. I was left stranded for about two hours in the middle of the night. Around 1 AM, I had no choice but to book another hotel, paying an extra $70. This was extremely stressful and unacceptable.” If you want, I can shorten it or make it more formal. Disliked: Nothing the worse hotel in USA.
Very disappointing. Liked: Let me first start with the fact that we didn’t even get to stay. We booked the hotel beforehand after a long day at Dollywood. We arrived at nighttime with exhausted kids and were ready to get into our room. Turns out the owner ( not the receptionist) ended up canceling 4 different reservations. No call, no email, no nothing. They had absolutely no rooms available and couldn’t do anything to help us. The receptionist was nice though and felt terrible but i mean she couldn’t do anything especially since the owner is the one who did it. We spent 400 plus dollars and are still waiting on the refund. That means 3 other people that night had their rooms canceled without any warning. We ended up having to drive 5 hours home that night. Extremely unprofessional
With a little more attention to cleanliness and detail I would consider staying more often. Liked: Room and bed was fine. Breakfast we did not attend. Disliked: bed sheets stained or dirty
Overall it was good for the price but need to spend more time on cleaning the floors. Also needs larger bars of soap. Liked: Price Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable
